Opening your Center
We provide you the training, resources and other support to help you get your business up and running. Our support includes our review of your proposed location against our site selection criteria, provision of third-party resources with respect to your securing of financing, approval of your lease, provision of a design for your center, and the provision of a center development coordinator who will provide you with contacts for approved or designated contractors for the center build-out.
Running your Center

Growing your business
We also provide extensive marketing and advertising support to help you promote and grow your business. The UPS Store® centers benefit from ongoing national advertising campaigns that we run that help increase brand awareness. In addition to national marketing efforts, we also invest in regional and local advertising and marketing campaigns designed to build awareness for your business in your local community and ultimately help drive customers to your location.
Additional franchisor support services
The UPS Store, Inc. also has specific programs to support specific types of franchisees. For example, as a proud member of the VetFran program, The UPS Store, Inc. offers qualifying veterans a $10,000 discount off their initial franchise fee for their first The UPS Store® Center that is a traditional (non-rural) location.
